i knew the first time i experienced reiki that this was to be my purpose in life. to inspire a soul to speak its truth. to call others to rise. to unearth a new way of living.
but i had to unearth myself first. i had to come face to face with my own dark night of the soul before i could truly call others to rise to new light. i had to speak with tremors in my chest before i could help another find her voice.
to realize i had been buried,
and it was time for me to be unearthed.
How it all began...
It all started when I walked into a tiny local metaphysical shop. I smelled the incense - warm and inviting - and saw crystals and esoteric art. The vibes were incredible, and just what I as a new mother suffering from PPD needed. I dove head first into learning about crystals from the stones themselves. From there I stumbled into essential oils, meditation, and eventually reiki and energy work. All of these things combined were the balm to my hurting soul, the elixir needed to open me up for deeper healing. As I healed my childhood and past traumas and forgave myself for holding on to the things that were keeping me from my true potential, I realized that this wasn’t something I could keep to myself. I had to share it with the world! So I became a Reiki Master Teacher in order to help others going through similar soul journeys to find their path to healing. I learned from other teachers, shamans, and gurus, and gleaned every bit of information I could from the people I looked up to in the spiritual community. Soon, I was leading and facilitating women’s circles, moon circles, reiki circles, and cacao ceremonies all with the intention of helping others find their highest excitement and connecting with a like minded community. I have been so blessed to be able to offer this work and it is only because of you dear reader, that I am able to continue my souls purpose work. Thank you!
